  • Content: Assessment, dynamic yoga, yin, pranayama, relaxation techniques and guided meditation, creation of a long-term action plan

  • 13 sessions (including 1 free assessment)

  • Content: In-depth study with thematic sessions, varied physical practice, philosophy, a final assessment to adjust your objectives with the creation of a long-term action plan.
